how we handle your details

What this website collects

Visits are counted without cookies: which pages were opened, from which country and on what kind of device, with nothing that identifies you. We don't run advertising trackers on this site.

If you fill in the contact form, we receive what you typed: your name, your business, how to reach you and what you're after. It arrives in our inbox by email and is kept so we can reply and, if we work together, remember what you asked for. It's not sold, rented or passed to anyone else.

WhatsApp and Instagram

We use Meta's WhatsApp Business and Instagram platforms for our own accounts: to answer the messages people send our WhatsApp number, and to publish to and read the Instagram accounts we manage. Messages you send us are kept so we can follow up on them, and nothing more is done with them. We don't build advertising audiences from them and we don't share them outside the studio.

When we manage a client's Instagram account, we do it with that client's agreement, through their own login, and their content and audience figures stay theirs.

QR menus

Menus on menu.creatinghana.com count how many times they were scanned and which dishes were opened, without cookies and without any detail about the person holding the phone.

Where it's kept

The website runs on Vercel and our records sit in a Supabase database, both with servers outside Ghana. Only the studio team can open them.

Your details, your call

Ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted: email hello@creatinghana.com from the address or number you used, or message our WhatsApp number. We delete within 30 days of the request, keeping only what the law makes us keep, such as invoices.

Deleting your data

If you've messaged us on WhatsApp or interacted with an Instagram account we manage and want that removed, send the request to hello@creatinghana.com with the number or account name. We'll confirm by reply once it's gone.
