A beach resort is two places. By day it is the pools, the sea and the palms; at night it is the lights, the bar and the sky over the water. A brochure has to choose one. The site does not: a switch turns the whole page from day to night, photograph for photograph, so a guest planning a wedding dinner and a family planning a day visit each see the resort they are coming for.

It costs the resort nothing to run and saves the argument nobody wins, which set of photographs goes on the front page. Both do, and the guest picks.

Scenes that open as you scroll

The pages are built as scenes rather than a stack of blocks. A photograph grows to fill the screen, text arrives with it, and the section holds while it plays before letting you on to the next. It is the kind of thing that usually costs speed; this one still opens quickly on a phone on mobile data, which is how most people in Ghana will see it.
